No, it's not harrassment. OK, he used unpleasant language and criticized your works for no objective reason. But he could. He did not lie about you and did not call you names. If you put here nude photos, they can also be given some criticism, more or less pleasant and tactful.

Yes , right of speech... Nobody is talking about the court but this way people can pay attention to a small detail like " not working with such rude people till they learn how to talk to others"
