@ anek's: Fetish Party rules, set by the organizer, state clearly that pictures taken in the on-location mini-studio will be published. The organizer has made the pictures public, as in www public, except on the cases in which, either with me or the organizer, it has been specifically agreed not to do so. Given the pictures are public, as in public-access but not public-use, the fact that they also appear on my portfolio is trivial. Pictures taken on events where non-disclosure is agreed do not appear on my portfolio.
