my name is Agnieszka Sukiennik, I am a Polish independent visual artist, illustrator and fashion designer, based in Warsaw. With more than 15 years of practical experience in painting, illustration and design fields I created an independent and contemporary brand called simply ANIESS. I tried to link form and color, to merge fashion and fine art, feminine style, expressive graphics, chic, originality with simplicity and minimalism of style. I wanted to make art alive, being applicable. The material which I discovered and adopted as a perfect medium for my purposes and expressions is XX44XX – an extraordinary, workable, extremely light, recyclable, waterproof, durable and breathable fabric. It is the main material, which I like to combine with natural leather and fabric in my expositions.
